52,100 to 69,500

The Job You Will Perform:

• Responsible for a variety of routine and some non-routine accounting/clerical functions in accordance with standard procedures in one or more of the following areas: payroll, general accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and/or forecasting
• Perform daily financial activities of the mill
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Responsible for reconciling payroll prior to processing
• May use software packages to compute withholdings and deductions where multiple tax laws are involved as well as payments on sales draws and commissions
• Handle off cycle checks
• Use WorkBrain application effectively to run reports, enter employee holidays, add vacation records, etc.
• Coordinate with HR Team for act ivies regarding wage increases, employee reports, certification increases or decreases, and short-term disability
• Assist with month-end close under direction of the Mill Controller
• Responsible for entering and keeping records of chemical receipt information within the SAP system

The Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
• 3+ years of payroll related experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge of all Microsoft Office
• Proficiency using spreadsheets, database, and word processing software
• Ability to work independently
