Pay Rate:
$58,000 - $65,000
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
This position is responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to the accounting department and other managers within the Mill. The incumbent will perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures.
- Process/Backup Payroll and Answer Payroll Related Questions
- Receive Raw Materials and Communicate with Raw Material Suppliers as needed
- Maintain Miscellaneous Inventories
- Perform Month-End Closing Duties, including posting Journal Vouchers
- Complete Miscellaneous Finance Reports
- Support Accounting Personnel, including Capgemini
- Provide Miscellaneous Administrative duties
- Process Miscellaneous Bills for Payment
- Participate in Special Projects as They Arise
- Assist with Mill-Owned Freight Invoice Review & Processing
- Assist with Accounts Payable Problem Resolution
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Experience and Working Knowledge of Various PC Applications such as Microsoft Excel
- Accounting/Finance Degree preferred
- Accounting & Payroll Experience preferred
- Proficiency in SAP A/P and General Ledger
- Proficiency with various job boards, recruiting tools and ATS is a plus

Our GCF business helps customers transform renewable cellulose fibers into essential everyday products. Our high-quality, superior grade pulps form the basis for diverse applications, ranging from personal care items to specialty materials.
