The Job you Will Perform:
Relevant prior experience in internal or external HR.
• Independently perform routine human resources processes (Training, Recruitment and Selection, Internal Communications, Performance Management, among other functions) with experience with employee relations/labor relations, including peer review/grievance process.
• Can coach managers effectively.
• Has responsibility for a portion of the facility/business or staff group.
• CTA, experience with unions and collective bargaining.
• HR Associates with prior work experience and/or demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Reports to a manager.
The qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, commercial Engineering, Occupational Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Payroll Software.
- Intermediate proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel
- Proficiency in time and attendance software
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this position. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
