Production Associate

Position Title: 

Production Associate

Pay Rate:

Starting at $19.99 per hr.  After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $21.86 to $25.00 per hr.  Rate of pay is based on the job they perform.  

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday, OT and Saturdays as needed)

2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

Exact shift placement will depend on the plants current need.  Training will begin on 1st shift for approximately 2 to 5 weeks before moving to 2nd or 3rd shift.  Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Running and maintaining machines in a safe manner
• Reading factory orders
• Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
• Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
• Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
• Ability to work overtime as needed
