$55,500 - $74,000 (USCORE)

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform:

 

  • Supervise hourly employee crew and daily production activities for a single shift operation.
  • Implement plant initiatives for safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, waste, etc.
  • Monitor effectiveness of programs and work to improve performance in all areas.
  • Typical daily duties will consist of processing of orders, supervision of, and participation in the production of the orders.
  • Ensure all orders are prepared for shipment.
  • Ship and receive products.
  • Complete daily paperwork and clean the plant at the end of each workday..

 

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • The preferred candidate will be a proven leader with supervisory experience, a goal oriented, self-starter with good communication and computer skills.
  • Should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
  • Candidate will also demonstrate a sincere interest and desire to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Prior Ink experience preferred, including familiarity with ink manufacturing processes.
  • Ink dispensing systems knowledge is a plus.
