Position Title: Production Worker
Pay Rate:
Start Rate: $23.94 per hour
Once Certified in Job Assignment: $23.94 - $50.50 per hour with an ability to earn more as you continue to grow/certify in ladder positions
Work Schedule: Rotating 12-hour work schedule
Day Shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
4 DAYS OFF BETWEEN SHIFT SCHEDULE CHANGE
Night Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am

Other Job Requirements:
- Pre-employment computer-based testing and panel interview
- Provide Proof of original High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pre-employment background check, drug test, and health assessment
- Submit to random drug screens as a condition of employment
- Wear ALL required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to training
- Company provides all safety equipment. Safety shoe allowance $240.00 annually
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise
- Basic mechanical ability and knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
- Demonstrate integrity and operate ethically
- Personal accountability to working safely
- Drive for success and advancement within the company
