Facility Service Worker (Manufacturing Custodian):

International Paper is seeking to employ a full-time custodian for our Streetsboro Container Plant.  As custodian , you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness (and hygiene) of our facility.  Your attention to detail and ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks will contribute to creating a professional and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.  If you have previous custodial or janitorial experience and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply.
 

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and receive instruction
• Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Experience:

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques preferred
• Familiarity with custodial duties and facilities maintenance

 Basic Responsibilities:

• Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining designated areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms and replenish supplies
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• Reliable Transporttion
• Drug Test

Hours:  Monday thru Friday-11:00am to 7:00pm

Starting Salary $18.00 plus benefits:
