The Job You Will Perform:

  • Responsible for any and all clerical and physical functions related to maintaining accurate inventories in the Fulfillment department
  • Perform weekly & monthly cycle count of Warehouse Inventory to 99% accuracy
  • Provide monthly warehouse inventory counts to Inventory Control Supervisor
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with the management of all receipts being accurately entered in SAP/ HRMS/PackManager in a timely fashion including, but not limited to corrugated sheets, litho labels, customer supplied and purchased product by lot/batch and expiry as required
  • Management of the line clearance process for returned components/products
  • Maintains close relationship with customers, vendors and carriers with free exchange of information to facilitate and expedite orders.
  • Act as the primary back-up to the Receiving Clerk
  • Maintains close relationship with Fulfillment Production Personnel, Customer Service and Shipping Personnel to facilitate and expedite orders through the facility.
  • Role model, understand and communicate effective safety behaviors
  • Safety program participation, including 100% SWO participation and inspections

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Individual must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Harry Rhodes Order Entry, SAP and Nulogy program experience is plus
  • Lifting and carrying of packages 5lbs. -30lbs.; >30lbs, less frequently.  Assistance is available for >30lbs
  • Individual must be punctual, accurate, detail orientated and possess trouble shooting and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Use of Walkie Talkie radio and mobile RF equipment required
  • May be required to operate an electric pallet jack
