The Job You Will Perform:

  • Responsible for all aspects of safety, quality and production on assembly lines while executing fulfillment projects
  • Set up and changeover production lines, placing equipment and personnel on the most ergonomic and efficient locations for production flow
  • Guide and direct assembly line workers on SOP adherence, safety and document compliance, and job start-up training
  • Improve efficiency through assisting in line diagram development and documentation, cycle time and percent to standard
  • Conduct open box inspections, challenging production lines on quality control
  • Ensuring production data is accurate and complete, checking paperwork accuracy

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Computer literacy - Nulogy computer program experience is a plus
  • Individual must be punctual, accurate, detail orientated, organized and possess trouble shooting and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Must have the following competencies:  customer focus, drive for results, time management, motivating others, integrity and trust, timely decision making and composure
  • Must be able to take direction and work independently
  • Entry Level position.  No experience required
