Pay Rate:
$25.59 per hour + shift differential if applicable
NOTE: During 90 day probationary period, role is considered “Entry-level Utility” and earns: $24.71 per hour + shift differential if applicable.
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time.
2nd Shift: 3pm – 11pm M-F OR
3rd Shift: 11pm – 7am M-F
-Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed; significant overtime may be needed during busy periods.

The Job You Will Perform:
- Safely operate a sit-down powered industrial truck (PIT);
- Pulls orders and stock to Work In Process (WIP) area.
- Maintains Work In Process area in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Maintains forklift/pull pack on a daily basis.
- Maintains baler.
- Responsible for managing the waste of the department.
- Follows proper lock-out/tag-out procedure;
- Maintains housekeeping standards at all times.
- Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety.
- Keeps appropriate records and reports (complete forms, logs, inventory and records accurately – as required).
- Follows all safety rules and practices at all times; and
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Minimum of 2 years PIT experience
- Previous PIT operating experience in an industrial manufacturing or other labor intensive work experience is required
- Corrugated industry manufacturing environment preferred
- Know what a monotrol pedal is and how it operates
- Be able to multitask in a very fast-paced environment
- Be computer literate and effectively use scanning equipment and arranging for the transportation of products
- The ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.
