The Job You Will Perform:

  • Responsible for one single vessel hydraulic continuous digester, two pressure knotters and screens, one Brown Stock Washer, one Decker, one high consistency oxygen Bleach line, and one ClO2 plant
  • Responsibility of assisting the Business Unit Manager in leading the Fibers Department and working with the Maintenance FLL, Maintenance Planner, OMC, Technical Assistant, ME staff, five shift FLL’s (who are shared with the Power & Recovery area), and 26 hourly team members
  • Serves as the mill’s PSM coordinator and will be responsible for developing the training and safe operating procedures for the team members
  • Responsible for maintenance and reliability of the Fibers area.  Maintenance and reliability will be performed in accordance with the Reliability Road Map

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (engineering discipline) or 10+ years in a pulp and paper manufacturing facility.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible assignments in a manufacturing area (2+ years of people management leading an organization strongly preferred).
  • PSM knowledge (preferred).
