Pay Rate:

$101,000 -$134,600

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

This critical position reports to the Business Unit Manager – Finished Products

Responsibilities/Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the safe operation of the OCC recovered fiber plant by working closely with Shift Team Leaders, the EHS manager, Technicians and utilizing MWS processes
  • Ensure the stock prep area achieves targeted levels of production and quality
  • Manage recycle area spending in compliance with annual budgets; participate in budgeting processes
  • Support year over year cost improvement through Manufacturing Excellence processes and capital improvements
  • Work hands on with the Operations/Maintenance Coordinator and Process Engineers to enhance and support their career development

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

 

  • Strong commitment to safety leadership
  • Requires an engineering or comparable degree or 10+ years papermaking experience
  • Successful completion of a First Line Leader assignment on a paper machine
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills
  • Must have an engaging work style
