The Job You Will Perform:
- Quality Coordinator will report directly to Continuous Improvement Manager
- Oversee production processes, establish specification (SPI’s), ensuring manufacturing quality and documentation integrity
- Responsible for the quality and process improvement functions utilizing International Paper’s Manufacturing Reliability System
- Oversees visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts products and materials to conform to established standards of quality
- Responsible for analyzing quality metrics, customer feedback and developing action plans to ensure high quality production and customer satisfaction
- Provide quality manufacturing data analysis to improve teams and processes on a timely basis
- Create and effectively communicate quality metrics to key stakeholders as needed
- Conduct training, method transfers, audits, and process improvement
- Champion facility quality rodeos
- Maintain and enhance the machine quality systems (ClearVison Expert)
- Other manufacturing duties as assigned
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience manufacturing experience working in the quality arena; preferably in a corrugated industry
- Ability to perform intermediate/advance computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI); SAP knowledge a plus
