$69,500 - $92,600
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform:
The Converting/Corrugator Supervisor is responsible for leading one assigned shift of hourly employees in the production of corrugated board. This role ensures operational excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision
- Directly supervise one shift of hourly production employees.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Plan, assign, and direct daily work activities.
Employee Development & Performance
- Train and evaluate employees to ensure high performance and growth.
- Reward and discipline employees in alignment with company policies.
- Promote teamwork and resolve conflicts constructively.
Operational Excellence
- Lead by example in behavior, attitude, and performance.
- Ensure efficient and effective operations while maintaining a safe work environment and producing quality products.
- Actively promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and other company programs.
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate operational updates clearly and effectively across all levels—crew members, other supervisors, plant management, office staff, and external partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to support continuous improvement and problem-solving.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry required.
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
